Defective Drug LawyerPeople directed by their physicians to use a specific pharmaceutical product trust that the medication will improve their health, not worsen it. Unfortunately, many drugs are rushed through the FDA approval process and then aggressively marketed to unsuspecting consumers, which have caused many injuries and deaths. When drug companies fail to create a safe product and ignore their duty to warn consumers of dangerous side effects, the lawyers at TKO will stand up for the injured. We represent people who have suffered injury or illness after taking dangerous or defective drugs. We also represent family members of people who have died because of prescription drug side effects.
